At Grapple Connections, our goal is to make finding and supplying grappling coaches as simple and stress-free as possible. We act as the professional link between gyms and coaches, ensuring every booking is managed fairly, efficiently and with complete transparency.

We Find The Right Coach

Our team searches our network of experienced coaches to find the best match for your academy.

Booking Confirmation

Once a suitable coach has accepted the booking, both the gym and coach receive confirmation including:

Coach Delivers The Class

The coach attends and delivers the class professionally while representing both themselves and Grapple Connections.

Payment

Following the completion of the class, Grapple Connections invoices the gym. The coach is then paid based on agreed payment schedule.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Please note that for coach requests made with less than 24 hours notice, availability is limited and coaches are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

An additional urgent admin fee may apply to these bookings to ensure rapid processing and confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both gyms and coaches.

24 - 48 Hours Notice: 50% of the session fee is required.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: 100% of the session fee is required.
